The ATD index began as an internal market intelligence initiative in November 2001, however immediately discovering significant external demand for this unique in-depth pricing analysis. Please note that that our data and rate indices are based on a one day rental of an intermediate car booked through publically available (non-negotiated) reservation channels, one week in advance of rental, as well as the compact car weekly rates.
